Its more of a love letter than a contained narrative, similar to 2022s Warhammer 40k Universes Beyond decks

That format has infinite mana of any type, but is limited to just one spell per turn, barring an alternate cost being paid like Force of Will

Two of my favorite on this card are may which gives you an option not to discard, and permanent which also gives you lots of options for things to untap
